BGN Licah Fox has recently resigned from the position of R2W CO. I have the utmost respect for Licah, and I'm sure his skills will continue to be put to excellent use in the Internet Office. Thanks for serving, Licah!

As Licah's replacement, I am appointing a old R2F CO whom many of you probably already know. This man is an excellent leader, a top-notch CO, and has served the RS as the commander of two fleets during his time here. Please join me in welcoming RA Adam "Vender" Fene to the R2W CO position! Glad to have you here, Vender, and we look forward to seeing what you can do!
